‹zone› 

‹zone› was created for the border path between the villages of Eschlikon, Wallenwil and Hurnen as part of the art project Orbit by widmertheodoridis. ‹zone› is an installation designed by the artist duo steffenschöni. The starting point consists of a water reservoir that has been whitewashed with white marble powder. The lettering is visible in negative form.

 

The performance is a 20-minute structured improvisation that is guided by circumstances and intuitions. It is a contrast between nature and industry and forgetting and remembering.
